Known locally as a ‘Possession’, this over three hundred-year-old property has been stunningly and lovingly restored and extended to create an incredibly luxurious and modern property that retains all of its original charms.
Despite being a semi-detached property, the finca offers guests complete privacy and seclusion, with a separate access path and its own award-winning pool. Villa Michelle is a feat of interior design where old meets new and fresh, whitewashed walls, sprays of exposed stone walls and original wooden roof beams perfectly complement stylish, modern fixtures and furnishings. The spacious living area is simply breathtaking, featuring an open, modern staircase, high ceilings and a mix of traditional and contemporary seating options. The original fireplace creates a cosy ambience, and the satellite TV adds a modern, home-from-home touch.
The modern, fully-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to rustle up delicious evening meals and busy breakfasts during your stay, with a top-of-the-range oven and hob, coffee maker, large fridge-freezer, and plenty of food-prep space and a wine chiller. There’s also a sleek white dining table and chairs, the perfect place to gather in the mornings with the family and plan your day over fresh juice and pastries from the local bakery.
Each of the three spacious bedrooms features stunning natural stone walls and fresh, light decor, along with crisp white linens and exposed ceiling beams. All bedrooms have a comfy double bed and an ensuite bathroom with uber-modern marble sinks and walk-in showers. Two bedrooms are situated on the first floor, with the third found on the top floor, offering access to the villa’s amazing roof terrace and incredible views over the Tramuntana mountains.
The grounds of Villa Michelle are simply mesmerising, with abundant space that features luscious lawns, olive trees and beautiful Mediterranean plants. The natural stone terrace has a pretty dining area, ideal for alfresco meals or relaxing with a glass or two of local wine to be enjoyed while taking in the view. If the incredible private pool isn’t enough of a highlight, the incredible ‘stairway to heaven’ might just be…this pebbly mountain path gives guests an out-of-this-world view over the bay of Pollensa and even to Menorca on the brightest days!

Location:
Villa Michelle is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, meaning that despite the sense of total isolation, you are just a five-minute drive from the town and beaches. Guests staying at the finca benefit from numerous hiking and cycling opportunities in the mountains, accessible by a path near to the property.
Pollensa is considered one of Mallorca’s most attractive towns, made up of winding cobbled streets, historic architecture and its impressive main square, which is lined with cafes, restaurants and bars.
Here you’ll find a vibrant mix of cultures that have influenced the monuments and buildings in the town over thousands of years, including the Calvari Steps and the medieval church and watchtower. The town is small and easy to explore on foot, but be aware that it is a steep and uneven walk, so good footwear is a must!
Another little gem that deserves a visit during your time in Pollensa is Museo Dionis Bennassar, the home of a local artist that is now used to showcase his incredible works. This peaceful and inspirational place is the perfect spot for art lovers, as well for anyone who wants to enjoy some quiet contemplation while soaking up some local culture.
Pollensa isn’t known for its nightlife (you won’t find any big nightclubs here), but it does offer a warm and cosy buzz after dark! The area is one of the quieter holiday spots in Mallorca, so it’s never packed…locals and tourists socialise in the main square and along the seafront near to the port once the sun has gone down, and there’s a great atmosphere in and around the terrace bars and restaurants. A lot of the bars will have live music or karaoke, so you’re sure to find somewhere that has a vibe you’ll enjoy. If you really want to get your groove on, there is one small nightclub just off the main square that is open until the early hours and is popular with the younger crowd. If you’re looking for more intense nightlife, nearby Alcudia has bars and clubs aplenty, with popular haunts being Banana Club, Cafe Milano, and La Nit Music.
Villa Michelle is also close to Puerto Pollensa, a former fishing village and one of the region’s most popular coastal towns. The resort is incredibly picturesque, featuring a large marina and a horseshoe bay with a stunning mountain backdrop and long, wide stretches of sand furnished with sun loungers and beach bars.
