Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,1. No loud noise is allowed at any time, and music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 10 PM to 8 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and Eviction if rules are not followed.
- 2. Respect the house and report all damages
- 3. No Street or horizontal parking, fines up to $750 per occurrence. The house can hold up to 3 in the driveway and 2 in the garage (if the light games are folded up). We do have off-site parking options two blocks away in another neighborhood.
- 4. No parties or events are allowed
- 5. No smoking allowed on the premises
- 6. Must be 25 years old to book
- 7. Booking agreement must be acknowledged
- 8. ID Verification Check
- 9. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Stay Wandery for insurance purposes
- 10. Max guest count: 16 guests during the day and night.
- 11. Credit Card must be provided at check-in for incidentals, city fines/violations, and/or HOA fines/violations ,Start: 22:00, End: 8:00
