This charming villa, with a private garden, is perched on the hillside, just a few steps from the Golfo del Paradiso. It can sleep 6 people and would suit a family or friends who looking for a taste of “la dolce vita”. The villa is on the edge of Recco, the gateway to the Riviera di Levante. Guests can enjoy the very best the area has to offer.
The villa has extensive shared gardens, with several levels. At the lowest level, there is a gate which opens onto a path running down to the sea. There is a lovely shaded dining area with a table and chairs and panoramic sea views on the same level as the main living area. - Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
