Parking
Tradewinds does require parking passes. The complex charges $33/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle’s dashboard.
No parking of trailers, RVs, or watercraft allowed onsite.
