It is located just outside of Boone (a 15 minute drive to downtown), has a hot tub, mountain views, nearby river access, and game tables, all for you to enjoy! Main level: The primary bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite double vanity bathroom and a walk in shower. This room also offers a TV, ceiling fan, and deck access. Main level: A second king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk in shower. This room also has a TV and ceiling fan. Upper Level: Queen bedroom with a TV and ceiling fan. Upper Level: Bunk room that offers 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a TV. The upper level has 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The beautiful kitchen, dining, and living room offer an open concept space with room for everyone. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
