Welcome to Gabby’s Getaway! This home was NEWLY BUILT in 2024! It is located just outside of Boone (a 15 minute drive to downtown), has a hot tub, mountain views, nearby river access, and game tables, all for you to enjoy! Main level: The primary bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite double vanity bathroom and a walk in shower. This room also offers a TV, ceiling fan, and deck access. Main level: A second king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk in shower. This room also has a TV and ceiling fan. Upper Level: Queen bedroom with a TV and ceiling fan. Upper Level: Bunk room that offers 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a TV. The upper level has 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The beautiful kitchen, dining, and living room offer an open concept space with room for everyone. Upstairs is game area with a queen sleeper sofa, a pool table, shuffleboard table, and an arcade game. Outside you’ll find upper and lower level decks with a gas grill, outdoor dining seating for up to 12 guests, a gas fire table, and a luxurious hot tub. Just a short drive away is Todd Island Park with river access or take a tubing adventure in the New River! OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive up to a 10% Discount - Excludes Holidays. - This homeowner has installed exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. No cameras face the back decks, hot tub area, or interior of the home. - The last 0.5 mile to the house is accessed by a gravel driveway. The parking area is gravel with space for 4 vehicles. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided. - Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am. - 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required during times of snow or ice. -This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this property. CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE: Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
