This two bedroom, two-bathroom, top floor condo at Luana Kai sleeps 6 with a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with top of the line appliances and features stunning hand-crafted wood details like a split mango wood counter, custom cabinets, and wood inlay ceiling. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, Italian glass backsplash and granite counter tops.
ABOUT THE CONDO
The kitchen flows into the living area with the spacious open floor plan. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay are included, like flat screen TV with cable and high speed WiFi. Relax in cool comfort with 3 split AC units and ceiling fans throughout.
The lofted master bedroom has a comfortable CA King bed, TV, and en suite bathroom with a tiled shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom downstairs also offers a CA King bed, TV and large closet. The guest bathroom, also downstairs, is beautifully updated with a walk in shower.
The back lanai is a great place to relax and enjoy the sunset, calm ocean breezes and a relaxing meal with table and chairs for 6.
This condo also has a private washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience.
THE LOCATION
The Luana Kai complex is located in North Kihei, ocean front to one of the longest stretches of beach on island! It is also walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The resort features an outdoor heated pool, a sauna, spa, cabana kitchen and BBQ area, shuffleboard, tennis, and nine-hole putting greens.
Please note this resort does not have elevators.
