Nestled in the back of a private cul-de-sac, this exquisite three-bedroom vacation home is located in the heart of sunny Poipu, walking distance to beautiful white sand beaches and the shops and restaurants of Kukuiula. Sixteen-foot glass-panel pocket doors open to an expansive outdoor covered lanai which features a black bottom swimming pool, lovely barbeque area, outdoor lava rock shower, and a large, fenced yard. This is indoor/outdoor living at it’s finest!
Beautiful cathedral ceilings give this home a feeling of grandeur from the moment you step inside. The expansive chef’s kitchen features a breakfast bar and plenty of space to spread out. There is indoor dining for six as well as an outdoor, covered dining table for eight. The entertainment area flows seamlessly from the the kitchen and offers up the perfect space to watch a movie on those rare, rainy days. Featuring modern tropical décor and local surf art, this home truly showcases island living.
All three bedrooms have cold A/C and king-sized beds. Two of the bedrooms are spacious master suites on respective ends of the home and feature en-suite full bathrooms. The bigger master suite has sliding doors that lead to a lanai off the pool area and the bathroom has a double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.
Some extra items the home includes - Surfboards, 4 bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a pack-n-play!
This home is located in a quaint neighborhood and is just a stone’s throw from some of Kauai’s finest beaches and restaurants. Enjoy snorkeling in the calm, protected cove at Poipu Beach before relaxing at Keoki’s Paradise for Hawaiian fare and aloha-hour drinks. End the day browsing the charming stores at The Shops at Kukui‘ula. The south shore of Kauai is also the gateway to Waimea Canyon and historic Hanapepe town.
