The 1/4 acre lot is completely fenced in for privacy and relaxation from the outside world. The main house has 2 upstairs bedrooms, one queen and one double. The den (which is ground level) can be used as an additional sleeping space and even has sliding doors to close it off for privacy. The largest bedroom and bath has its own entry and is private from the main living area with a 50" plasma TV including cable. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning units. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
