Start your mornings with coffee on the large screened-in porch surrounded by the sounds of nature, then spend your afternoons cruising to South Beach or the market in one of the two included golf carts (a 6-seater and a 4-seater). The home’s central location makes it easy to enjoy shops, dining, and island adventures while still feeling tucked away and private. This dog-friendly retreat also features a fully fenced yard so your four-legged family members can safely enjoy the island too. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower, fire up the outdoor griddle for dinner, or unwind with fresh herbs from the seasonal garden. Guests will appreciate the spacious kitchen, beach gear, bicycles, and thoughtful extras that make vacation easy and comfortable. Temporary BHI Club and golf access are also available for purchase for those looking to enjoy golf, pools, dining, and more during their stay. It is not a luxury home, and the rate reflects that. Please note that refunds aren’t issued for expectations of higher-end features or finishes. -Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property. -Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone’s home.
