This is your perfect vacation condo fully equipped with everything you need! Just bring your clothes. Car is optional. You can walk to town, the pools, shopping and the beach. This lovely condo is only 25 minutes from LIR airport. This resort like feel condo will have you wishing you stayed longer! King bed in the Master Bedroom and a Queen Bed in the Guest Bedroom. Private laundry. Private terrace. Easy private and free parking! This condo is fully equipped. Located in building 8, and on the second floor by stairs, you have a stunning garden and pool view. This has a lovely spacious living space and there is a dining space for 6 people and the living area has recliners! You can totally relax here, enjoy the view or some great TV. Each bedroom has its separate bathroom, each room has its own TV. The Master bedroom has a work space area. The internet is 100 megas for those working virtually. There is a private laundry and private terrace with living space along with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. There are plenty of linens and towels. You are walking distance to the pool, town, tennis/pickleball , shopping and the beach. A car is optional. You can also rent a golf cart. There is 24/7 guards along with many parking spaces, golf cart charging stations, a child’s playground area. There is a fitness center for a small fee. For the tennis/pickleball, we recommend you bring your racketos and balls. Property Manager does have 2 pickleball rackets with balls to rent for a small fee. Please reserve those in advance. We can recommend tours and more for you once you reserve with us. The Pacifico Beach Club fee to use the facilities is $35 per person per day and $25 is used for food/drink. There is a complimentary shuttle to take you to the beach club at the entrance. The beach club is optional. The community pools are complimentary. There is a shuttle to and from the beach club at no extra charge. It picks up and drops off at specific hours listed in Pacifico. We look forward to having you stay with us! The condo is completely for the guests. There are locked closets that belong to the owner. We ask that you do not disturb those cabinets. We are always around the area if you need us but this is a self check in condo. There is a welcome booklet in the condo with information on the town, emergency contact information, airline information and restaurants and beach information. The wifi is also included there as well.
