ABOUT THE SPACE
Step inside and feel instantly at ease in the villa’s bright, curved living room with skylight and a huge, cozy sunken sofa facing the Smart TV. The open kitchen and dining space is fully equipped and perfect for cooking or sharing meals together.
The bedrooms are sanctuaries of peace and comfort. Both of them open directly to the lush tropical garden and the pool area and they come with walk-in closets. The en-suite bathrooms are semi-outdoor, with double sinks and rainfall showers surrounded by greenery — giving you that signature Bali feel.
Outside, a private pool invites you to swim, sunbathe, or read under the umbrellas. The garden is unusually large for the area and includes a peaceful yoga or play platform tucked under the trees — rare to find in Uluwatu.

Ongoing construction: Please be informed that, like in most parts of the Bukit, there is an ongoing construction project near the villa, the work is carried out daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are committed to ensuring your stay remains as comfortable as possible and appreciate your understanding regarding this matter. If noise affects your stay, you may cancel and receive a refund for unused nights. We aim to be fully transparent and respectful of your experience.
Natural Ventilation: Experience the refreshing breeze of Bali with our open-air living spaces, designed to maximize natural airflow, providing an eco-friendly alternative to air conditioning or fans.
Waste Management: Contribute to Bali’s sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa.
Sustainable Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Wildlife Matters: Due to the villa’s open design, you may encounter occasional geckos, spiders, or mosquitoes. We regularly implement pest control measures. Please note that geckos are harmless and considered a symbol of good luck in Balinese culture.

FAQs
- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
- A: We have dedicated staff to help with the check in process. Our standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our staff does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be an additional late-check in fee applied at IDR 200k after 8:00 PM as compensation for the staff overtime.
- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate.
If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.
- Q: Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A: Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your villa host should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.
- Q: Can we have extra clean towels?
- A: You can get an extra towel as long as we have it available.
- Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds?
