Property Specific Notes This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-compliant smart device that monitors volume levels without recording speech. It alerts our management/security team if noise reaches unacceptable levels as per NSW Code of Conduct laws for short-term rentals. The device must not be switched off or removed during your stay. If you have any questions, please ask. Pets are NOT permitted at this property. WiFi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with asap but cannot be guaranteed. This property will consider bookings for groups of young people and/or Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply. Enough wood will be supplied for the fire pit for the first two burns. After that, guests can purchase top-up wood and kindling from local petrol stations, hardware stores and some supermarkets at their own cost.
