Property Specific Notes The driveway is gated and access details will be provided, only park on the driveway, do not park vehicles on the grass areas. Unfenced pond – not suitable for swimming. Livestock – post and rail rural fencing. Septic tank – flush toilet paper only. This property has external security cameras covering the driveway. Pets are NOT permitted at this property. WiFi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with Asap but cannot be guaranteed. Enough wood will be supplied for the slow combustion wood heater for the first two burns. If you require more wood than has been allocated, it can be purchased from Ampol, 127 Taylor Avenue, New Berrima. To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
