Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Coconut Plantation Parking Rules
- All residents are required to register their vehicles with the Managing Agent and/or Resident Manager.
- Residents of any one apartment may not bring more than two (2) vehicles on the Project at any one time.
- Residents shall park their vehicles only in the garage attached to their apartment or in their assigned parking stall.
- No vehicles shall be parked in the driveway of any apartment except on a temporary basis. “Temporary” shall mean not on a daily basis.
- Guest may park in designated stalls for not more than twelve (12) hours per day and not more than three (3) consecutive days without prior approval of the management.
- Designated guest stalls may not be utilized for any activity except parking of guest vehicles.
- Residents may not park in a designated guest stall without approval of the management.
- “Stacking” of vehicles one behind another in the guest stalls is not permitted.
- Assigned parking is for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: Your reservation may include a mandatory Security Deposit to protect against any damages to and/or loss of items from the Premises and to assure payment of items charged to the Guest Account. The deposit will be returned, minus deductions, not later than 14 calendar days after the termination of this Rental Agreement. Gather will provide a written statement at that time explaining deductions, if any. Deductions can be made to repair or replace anything that is damaged or missing; to pay any and all amounts due; to replace all keys; additional cleaning expense or to clean excessive dirt (i.e. stained carpets, furniture, walls, appliances, etc.) and put the unit, and the things in it, in the condition when you moved in, excepting normal wear and tear. If your deposit is not enough to cover all the damages and costs, you must pay the extra amount, and you authorize us to charge the credit card provided.
- Applicable for residential communities only:
- Every lost and damaged keys will incur a cost as follows:
- House Key = $100 each
- Garage Door Key = $100 each
- Garage Door Remote = $100 each
- Security Gate Remote = $150 each
- Pool/Security Gate Card = $150 each
- Please do not flush any items such as toilet paper, wipes, sanitary products, and paper towels down the toilet. These must be disposed of in the trash. These items can cause blockages and damage to the plumbing system. Guests will be responsible for any repairs needed due to improper use.
