Property Manager are delighted to present 2 Beach Court in Saundersfoot. A contemporary one-bedroom apartment, ideal for couples wanting to escape to the beach, with fantastic sea views from the lounge and outside seating area, and direct access to the beach.
This apartment is in a desirable position on The Strand in Saundersfoot. It is centrally located, just minutes from the lovely array of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs that Saundersfoot has to offer. Stroll around the scenic working harbour, watching the boats as they come and go, explore rock pools at Monkstone point or begin to walk the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast Path or you could just walk from your doorstep onto the golden sandy beach but don’t forget to pick up some fresh locally caught sea food as you return to your sea front holiday home.
The nearby towns of Tenby and Narberth can be easily reached by car, if you feel like a change of scenery, but don’t forget the amazing family attractions in the area too.
Two Beach Court was renovated in 2022, into a one bedroom, one-bathroom, modern, fashionable style apartment with a unique coastal décor, whilst prioritising the comfort for your holiday.
As you enter the apartment from the front you are welcomed into a well-proportioned hallway with plenty of space to store your boots and coats plus an additional chest of drawers to store belongings.
Down the corridor, you will find an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner benefiting from wall-to-wall views of the seafront and garden. The lounge has a comfortable two-seater sofa plus an additional armchair. The wall mounted Smart TV can be pulled out to a comfortable position for curling up in front of your favourite programmes after a day at the beach.
The contemporary kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, under-counter fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. There is a good selection of cooking utensils and crockery for you to enjoy preparing and eating meals within the apartment. The dining table is positioned near the window to make the most of the fantastic sea views, why not enjoy a meal or a glass of wine and watch the boats coming back into the harbour.
The bedroom is situated towards the front of the apartment and benefits from a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and bedside drawers with ample space for clothes and belongings.
The shower room is found opposite the bedroom, with a freestanding shower, sink, and toilet.
Outside benefits from a small, patio area with a bistro set for two, with a small, communal lawn area directly in front of the patio and a gate offering direct access to the beach via some steps.
The property further benefits from electric heaters throughout and Wi-Fi.
Please note, the gate to the beach is only in use between April and October, outside of these months it is locked, due to the weather and high tides, access would be via the slipway.
There is a designated, numbered, parking bay for one car to the front of the apartment in the private car park.
