Enjoy this newly updated deluxe two-bedroom, two-bathroom end unit condominium home featuring a cozy and modern custom interior design. Enjoy breathtaking river surroundings and views from the private balcony just off the living room. Beyond your doorstep, enjoy front row seats to the recurring whispers of Nooksack River offering you a tranquil space for respite while you stroll the European walking trails throughout the 20 acres of Snowater Resort with your pup.
This perfectly furnished condo has everything you need for extended stays including TV, Wi-Fi, gas fireplace, all new cotton linens, and a fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs is a private queen bedroom, and a full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops, a bright living room facing the river and private balcony. Upstairs is the upper king loft style bedroom (open to below), a full bathroom, and stackable washer and dryer, and a desk for catching up on some work.
The Snowater Resort is a gated community that includes a Clubhouse and a Recreation building with two heated indoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi hot tubs, a dry sauna, indoor sports courts, a work out facility, billiards and ping pong, outdoor covered propane BBQ picnic area, a heritage log cabin built in 1887, outdoor sports courts (pickle ball & basketball), outdoor children’s play area, European walking trails, and is the closest accommodations to Mt Baker Ski Area.
*Snowater Resort has four EV chargers available for owners and guests. This is offered for a $10/per charge fee. Please arrange use of the charger with the Snowater Resort office.
*Please be advised that the Snowater Community does not allow for Air Conditioners to be installed in units, therefor A/C is not available in this rental.
*There is very limited cellular service if any, in Glacier WA.

Service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent service failures and these circumstances are beyond our control. Our area is limited to one service provider and we appreciate your understanding with the following policy:

Parking:
Property Manager is required to register ALL vehicles that will be staying on the Snowater property. You will be given a parking permit for each registered vehicle. You will need to provide your vehicle(s) Color, Make, Model and license plate # for registration.
