This beautiful home has the space and amenities for all to enjoy. Upon entering the home your met with a large entry way great for hanging winter gear or hiking packs. Take a right and you’re greeted with the kitchen, dining and living room. The living room provides a comfy and cozy seating area in front of a gas fireplace great for ambiance or providing extra warmth on those wintry nights while enjoying a movie with family or friends.
This 3-bedroom home has 1 queen bed located in the downstairs bedroom off of the front entry way, 1 King bed upstairs in the primary bedroom and 2 sets bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom with 4 twin beds and a relaxing seating area. There is a bathroom located on each floor the smaller of the two is located on the first floor and has a walk-in shower. The bathroom Upstairs has a large shower/tub combo and a double vanity.
Through the door off the dining area is a large deck with a BBQ and a covered hot tub. The covered Hot Tub is ideal for unwinding and repose into the warm water after your day of activities.
Take a walk around the gated community and enjoy the peaceful mountain vibe. If you feel like heading out, the small town of Glacier is less than 1 mile West and has restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the National Forest Service Center with information about navigating in the Mt Baker Snoqualmie National Forest. Mt Baker Ski area is about 20 minutes East and offers vast landscape for all skill levels of skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sledding. Mt Baker Ski area also has 2 restaurants and a bar along with a ski shop for stocking up on gear.
Important Notes:
Nature: This home is located in a rainforest near the base of a mountain. We have critters both large and small that we share the land with. From Ants to bats, mice and raccoons to Bears and Bobcats, we do everything possible to keep them outside. Please do not leave food or garbage outside, as it looks like a free meal for the wildlife.
Technology:WiFI and Cellular Service: Due to the remote location, cable TV, cellular service, and high-speed internet are not available. The home has free WIFI and a smart TV for streaming your favorite subscription channels. There’s also cell phone service near Mt Baker ski area. Wi-Fi is DSL and ranges between 4-9 mbps depending on the time of day and how many people are online. **Internet service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent outages and these circumstances are beyond our control. Our area is limited to one service provider and we appreciate your understanding with the following policy: We are unable to offer a refund for accommodations based on WIFI outages, speed or disruptions.
Weather: The mountains provide us with so much to offer, but predictable weather is not one of them. Please be prepared for all types of severe weather from excess heat in the summer to heavy rains in the Spring & Fall and Snow and Ice in the winter. It is highly recommended that you bring a 4-wheel or All wheel drive vehicle in the winter. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for loss of power or internet. Please prepare for all types of weather when visiting the mountains.
Groceries: Large grocery runs should be done in Bellingham (about 45 min away). There are a handful of small mom and pop grocery stops along Mt Baker Highway and we are happy to make recommendations. Restaurants are extremely limited and are not always open during the slower seasons. Please come prepared with provisions.

-Any fines accrued by the HOA in regards to parking violations are the responsibility of the renter.
