Welcome to the Riversong Retreat at Snowater!
This special retreat brings the outdoor in with its forest views and lots of natural light through the oversized living room windows. Located near the Nooksack River and bordering the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, this modern condo is just steps from your next adventure, from traversing the rugged peaks at Mt. Baker to swimming in nearby alpine lakes.
The Riversong Retreat offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the floorplan allow for the perfect modern family mountain basecamp.
Top Floor
The top floor master bedroom has a Queen size bed and vaulted ceilings with a wall open to the living room below. Just around the corner from the top floor master is a full bathroom and laundry center.
Main Floor
The main floor is home to the 2nd kids’ room with twin bunk beds, plenty of games and a flatscreen smart TV for streaming your favorite subscription channel (Note: Internet service is DSL and limited). The lower bedroom is cozy and compact with a sloped ceiling an no windows. Just outside the lower bedroom, and in the main hallway is a full bathroom with tub and shower. Also on the main level is a living room with vaulted ceilings, leather furniture and a smart TV (and DVD player) for streaming movies. The nearby kitchen is open to the living room and has new cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances and all the accessories you’ll need for making a great meal after a day in the mountains.
Located on 20 riverfront acres, Snowater Community Club has may outdoor amenities to offer both owners and guests. With two clubhouses, each with their own heated pools and Jacuzzi hot tubs, families can enjoy indoor activities year-round. The clubhouses have a children’s playroom with toys, a game room with billiards & ping pong, a workout room with exercise machines, indoor Basketball, Squash and Racquetball courts and more. All equipment is provided in the facilities.
Enjoy the outdoors
Snowater outdoors has multiple playgrounds, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts (seasonal), trails along the river, Gas fire pit, BBQ’s for grilling your favorite food and a covered gazebo for outdoor social time and meals.
Limited Internet
The home has DSL internet with WIFI speeds for basic internet work. With multiple people online, the speeds slow down movies may be interrupted. All the common buildings have Wi-Fi, no password needed.
*There is very limited cellular service if any, in Glacier WA.
We are pleased to offer free of charge guest WIFI at our properties.
Service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent service failures and these circumstances are beyond our control. Our area is limited to one service provider and we appreciate your understanding with the following policy:
We are unable to offer a refund for accommodations based on WIFI outages, speed or disruptions.
* Pet Friendly; 2 dogs maxiumum. $35 per pet, per night.
* Pack-n-play and highchair available upon request.
*Snowater Resort has four EV chargers available for owners and guests. This is offered for a $10/per charge fee. Please arrange use of the charger with the Snowater Resort office.
*Please be advised that the Snowater Community does not allow for Air Conditioners to be installed in units, therefor A/C is not available in this rental.
NOTE: This home is in the mountains and near a ski area and it is subject to inclement weather including excessive snow, Ice, wind and rain. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for loss of power or internet. Please prepare for all types of weather when visiting the mountains.
Parking:
Property Manager is required to register ALL vehicles that will be staying on the Snowater property. You will be given a parking permit for each registered vehicle. You will need to provide your vehicle(s) Color, Make, Model and license plate # for registration.
