• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
This fabulous property has been recently renovated with taste and style, combining traditional provençal architecture with modern french furnishings. Located a couple of minutes drive from the lovely village of Grimaud, guests will be able to enjoy walking to the village to shop in the quaint boutiques or eat in one of the gourmet restaurants the village offers. The villa boasts of 7 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, wonderful scenic views of the countryside, AC, large pool and outdoor area with full summer kitchen, several dining tables and professional grill. This property is perfect for large groups and will delight all guests
The villa sits on a large terraced plot of land and is only a couple of minutes drive to Grimaud or 10mn walk if you care to stroll into the village. Saint Tropez and the beaches of Pampelonne are only 20mn away by car.
There are 2 levels and plenty of space for guests to take time for themselves.
The main entrance leads to a very large kitchen and dining area which combines modern design kitchen with traditional bastide features like the large fireplace, the extra long wooden table that can seat 14 guests and the large terrace with stone balustres.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large range featuring hotplates and large oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
There are 3 double bedrooms on this floor: two guests suites with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes and direct access to the balcony; the other one is the Master bedroom that has a large ensuite bathrooms including shower enclosure, double vanity, bathtub and separate WC, as well as flat screen TV and private balcony
The living room is located a few steps down with a large open room featuring a stunning rounded window framing the beautiful surrounding countryside, comfortable sofas, smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix, and a couple of chaise longues to enjoy a cup of tea while dozing off facing the rolling hills.
Behind the living room, there are another 3 double bedrooms: 2 with king size beds, fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower rooms; one with queen size bed, fitted wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, vanity and WC.
These also have a great view of the countryside.
The 7th bedroom is on the lower level with direct access to the pool area, walk-in closet, ensuite shower room with vanity and WC. This bedroom has no AC
The pool area is surrounded by sun lounges and there is a large, fully equipped summer kitchen with dining table as well as a Beefer Grill for guests who want to enjoy alfresco cooking.
