Beautifully decorated, this second-level two-story 4 bedroom/ 4 bath condo offers 1864 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 8 people. The entry is on the second floor (no elevator).
On the main level is the living area with a 45-inch flat-screen TV with streaming and cable and a gas-ignited wood-burning fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen has two bar stools at the kitchen counter top and the dining area seats 6. There is a nice deck off the dining/living room area that has both Dollar Mountain and Baldy views! Cozy up in the outdoor chairs with your morning coffee or a glass of wine to enjoy the amazing scenic view!
Also on the main level are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen bed, a 27-inch flatscreen TV with cable, and access to a small deck. This room has its own bathroom with a double sink vanity and shower only. The second bedroom has a King bed and features a deck with outdoor chairs displaying Eastern views. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity and shower only. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids with two sets of bunk beds, one with two twins and the other with a twin over queen. There is a 27-inch flatscreen TV with cable, access to a small deck with chairs, and access to a shared hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only.
The top floor features the fourth bedroom/master suite with a King bed, a twin bed in an alcove, and a 36-inch flat-screen TV with cable. This bathroom has a single sink vanity and shower only. There is also a ski locker inside the entrance to the building.
Complex Features: The Wildflower Condominiums are located at the Sun Valley Village and are the condos closest to the resort pool, restaurants, and amenities. Dollar Mountain and the Sun Valley Pavilion are just a short distance away and are an easy walk on the paved bike path. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle. All Wildflower buildings have a shared laundry room available and these condos offer impressive views of Bald Mountain.
Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 8 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available for one reservation per property per day, and reservations can be made 24 hours in advance. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Property Manager cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.
Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
