Casa Alice is comfortable and cozy and is located in the hamlet of Thovex, 1.5 km from the center of La Thuile, in a very quiet area. Suitable for a vacation for couples or families, it is the ideal place for ski and hiking enthusiasts.
It consists of an open plan living room, where you’ll find a lounge area, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a double bed, and a bathroom with shower.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation message on your cell phone. If you need to contact us, you can send a message to the same number. Opening hours: every day from 08:00 to 22:00.
- Access to the apartment is by self-registration only.
- Arrival time: from 15:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please send a message at least 12 hours in advance (subject to availability).
- Bed linen and towels are included. They will be organized according to the number of people booked and the number of beds indicated.
- A small kitchen kit (dishcloth, dishwashing liquid, sponge, trash bag). In each bathroom, a small welcome kit with soap, shampoo and shower gel, and 3 toilet papers.
- For hygiene reasons, you will not find any food products in the house (no sugar, no coffee, no oil, no salt, no pepper).
- Departure time: by 11am. If you need to extend your departure time, you must send a request message at least 12 hours in advance (the answer will depend on availability).
- Tourist tax (tax per person per day for a maximum of 7 days - children under 15 years excluded). It is not included in the price of the reservation. Depending on the season, the price per person varies between 1.00 and 2.00 EUR.
- Guests are kindly asked to respect the separate waste collection. At the time of departure, it is not allowed to leave waste inside the apartment; otherwise, guests will be charged a penalty of EUR 30.00.
- EXTRA SERVICES FOR A CHARGE
- EARLY CHECK IN: It is possible to arrive early (from 8:00 a.m.) with 12 hours' notice and subject to availability. The cost of this service is 40 euros.
- LATE CHECK OUT: You can check out at 3:00 pm at the latest, with 12 hours notice and depending on the availability of the property. The cost of this service is 50 euros.
