At Crown Colony, you’ll be secluded from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get to it if, and when, you want to!

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes is allowed anywhere on the property; this includes the home, front entryway, garage, and lanai.
Pool heaters don’t run May-October. This is a residential pool heater and doesn’t run 24/7. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & nighttime temperatures will also affect the actual pool temperatures and the pool heaters water temperature recovery time. Therefore a static temperature in the winter months can not be guaranteed.The owner is including a $300/month allowance toward the electric pool heater during the winter months. Electric expense above $300/month will be confirmed by the owner and charged to the guest credit card within 7 days from checkout.
