Additional destinations such as Bonita Springs and Naples combine to offer some of the finest shopping, dining, beaches, professional sports and cultural experiences you will find southwest Florida and are all close enough to fill your days with new and exciting adventures! This home is under 9 miles to Fort Myers Beach, 11 miles to the Sanibel Causeway and 16 miles from RSW International Airport No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes is allowed anywhere on the property; this includes the home, front entryway, garage, and lanai. Pool heaters don’t run May-October. This is a residential pool heater and doesn’t run 24/7. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & nighttime temperatures will also affect the actual pool temperatures and the pool heaters water temperature recovery time. Therefore a static temperature in the winter months can not be guaranteed.The owner is including a $300/month allowance toward the electric pool heater during the winter months. Electric expense above $300/month will be confirmed by the owner and charged to the guest credit card within 7 days from checkout. No pets allowed. Minimum age to rent is 25. This property is located within an HOA-governed community; however, our management responsibilities are limited solely to the individual unit you are renting. We do not manage, maintain, or have authority over any shared or common areas, including the pools or any other community amenities, to include routine maintenance, repairs, or any unexpected maintenance issues that may arise within these shared spaces. As such, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of any community amenities at any given time, as these matters fall outside our control.
