The property, consisting of two inter-connecting units, is set in the countryside in the heart of the Chianti region, the ideal location for exploring Tuscany. Located just 2km from the charming village of Castellina in Chianti with some excellent bars, shops and restaurants. Some of best-known cities such as Monteriggioni (19km), Florence (50km), Siena and San Gimignano (both 30km) are within easy reach. The house is spread over two floors, with access to the exterior on both floors, and several terraces furnished with tables, chairs, loungers and umbrellas or awnings for al fresco dining. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
