Cosy villa arranged on the ground floor, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view that sweeps from the sea to the Apuan Alps. The exclusive garden and the oval swimming pool (8m x 5m depth 1.2-1.5m), surrounded by hedges and trees, offer intimacy and privacy. Originally a farmhouse, the Villa still retains many of its rustic features, such as ceilings with wooden beams, terracotta floors and traditional wooden furniture, which add an authentic atmosphere to the place. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The property also has a covered loggia equipped with garden furniture, wooden table and barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners. Free WI-FI Internet. Parking 300 meters from the property. The house is located 1 km from the small village of Pedona (small grocery store, bar and restaurant); at 4 km. from Camaiore, with its historic sites and the Friday market; at 15 km. from Viareggio (railway station); at 45 km. from Pisa (airport).
Parking: Parking is not within the grounds of the property. There is an allocated parking area approximately 300m from the house and then access to the property is via a footpath (uneven surface). The property manager will meet you on arrival and help you move your luggage from your car to the villa.
