ABOUT THE HOME: This beautiful coastal cottage located in Blue Mountain Beach is the perfect getaway cottage for your beach vacation! When you set foot into this beautiful 2,300 ft. home, you will be greeted by elegant coastal decor, a large kitchen with lots of countertop space, and a separate dining area. There’s also a King master bedroom on the first floor making this perfect for multi-generational families. Upstairs are three more rooms including a bunk room that sleeps 4 and an entertainment area for the kids to hang out. After a day of fun in the sun, you can sit back and relax on the upstairs porch swing.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
