Welcome to the Arba Condo Penthouse, a boho-chic retreat in the exclusive Aldea Zama neighborhood of Tulum. Located on the second floor, this stylish penthouse offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms, an inviting living area, and a private rooftop oasis complete with a plunge pool, sun loungers, and outdoor seating. Just a 10-minute drive from the beach, this is the perfect spot to experience the best of Tulum. An airy, bohemian design that blends natural textures with modern comforts. The main floor includes a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom, making it ideal for families or friends. A double-size sofa bed in the living room offers extra sleeping space for larger groups. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a wood-floor shower and organic white tea and ginger toiletries, presented in refillable containers to support our eco-friendly commitment. Inside, you’ll find a Full HD TV with Netflix for relaxing evenings in, as well as a kitchen equipped with essential appliances and a UV water filtration system to minimize single-use plastics. A private washer/dryer add convenience. The interior staircase leads to the private rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy your own plunge pool, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture for relaxing or dining al fresco. While the rooftop is private, note that the neighboring penthouses have similar terraces, so you may see other guests nearby. Guests have exclusive access to the entire penthouse and rooftop terrace, as well as shared amenities within the nine-unit property. These include a shaded, half-covered pool with sun loungers, perfect for a cool break from the sun, and a Zen meditation area for moments of tranquility. Aldea Zama’s location makes it easy to get to Tulum’s best destinations. Mau, our friendly concierge, is available to arrange safe taxis, bike rentals, or car rentals if you’d like to explore further. A pedestrian path from Aldea Zama leads to the beach, offering a scenic and car-free way to walk or bike to the shore. We also offer transport to and from Cancun with an additional cost. While Arba Condo offers modern comforts, keep in mind that Tulum’s developing area means some roads remain unpaved. You may also encounter some of the area’s native wildlife, a unique part of Tulum’s tropical ecosystem. Additional services, such as mid-stay cleaning, are available upon request at an extra cost.
