Property for exclusive use
Casa Ippocastano can host up to 4 persons, in one double bedroom, one bedroom with two beds, and two bathrooms. The property is just 100 metres from the ancient gate to enter the marvellous hamlet of Bolgheri, whilst still offering privacy and a great view of the surrounding hills. There is a furnished garden, parking, TV, internet, air conditioning, a barbecue and mosquito screens on the windows.
Outdoors
The outdoor areas feature a gravel area and a spacious lawn, with all kinds of plants and flowers. Guests will also find a shaded area in front of the house, with a barbecue and a table for outdoor meals, as well as parking within the property.
Interior
The ground floor features a living room with dining area, a TV and a well-equipped kitchen with outdoor access to the shaded area. One step leads down to a double bedroom; 5 steps lead down to a bedroom with two beds with access to the garden and two bathrooms with shower.
Location
Casa Ippocastano is part of a large wine producer, on the hills behind the Costa degli Etruschi, between the sea and the town of Volterra. Bolgheri, famous for being the hometown of the poet Giosué Carducci, is the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, food and wine. The “Viale dei Cipressi” (cypress avenue) has become a Tuscan icon, famous around the world. We strongly suggest visiting one of the local wine cellars, which produce some of the world’s best wines (Bolgheri Doc).

The farmhouse has TV, wifi, air conditioning in the entire house, central heating, mosquito screens in all the windows and parking within the property.
Services
The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), water, electricity (air conditioning not included), internet, high chair and baby bed. Upon request and to be paid for at the property: hired help, and cook.

There are many activities to enjoy, such as hiking, trips to the beach, as well as to Volterra, the Baratti Gulf and Populonia, an ancient Etruscan town.
