This one-level, 800 sf home is located in a residential/commercial duplex with a long-time dentist’s office next door which keeps polite business hours. The tidy building is just steps away from all the conveniences and attractions of downtown Pacific Grove.

Please be aware that there is no fenced yard at this home. Pacific Grove is a dog friendly town but dogs must be leashed when walking around town. The dog friendly beaches like Asilomar Beach and Carmel Beach are within a short drive and there are dog friendly trails in Pacific Grove and surrounding areas.
One off-street, dedicated parking space under a carport is provided. Parking is also available on the surrounding streets and guests should be aware of timing limitations on Lighthouse Avenue.
