A large panoramic apartment in the central body of a splendid Venetian Villa from the late 1600s, located on the Veronese hills, surrounded by vineyards and a splendid park dominated by a swimming pool from which you can enjoy a spectacular view.
Due to its position on the second floor of the Villa, the apartment is characterized by a wonderful view of the park and the surrounding vineyards. The 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the kitchen revolve around the large and bright living room. It is the ideal accommodation for all those who are fascinated by staying in a Historic Home, but with all the modern comforts. The large spaces make it suitable for large families or groups of friends, who can also enjoy a private area in the garden with a table for outdoor dining, as well as the park and swimming pool shared with the guests of the other accommodations. As it is a Historic Home, the apartment is accessed via large stairs without a lift.
The Villa is also an excellent base for visiting the beautiful Verona (18km) and the entire Lake Garda; in just 40-50 km you can easily reach Sirmione, Bardolino, Garda, Limone, Malcesine, Peschiera, Lazise. But there are also other wonderful cities of art nearby: Mantua 50 km, Vicenza 40 km, Venice 100 km. There are numerous cycle paths: over 1000 km of marked routes, allowing you to visit the surrounding area, characterized by rolling hills, dotted with vineyards and Mediterranean vegetation.
For golf enthusiasts, there are various courses nearby, where, thanks to the particular mild climate, influenced by Lake Garda, you can play all year round.
Even during the winter this is an area in which to spend a beautiful holiday, because in addition to the cities of art, in the surrounding area there are several spas (Terme di Giunone 4 km, Villa dei Cedri 45 km, Terme di Sirmione 50 km).

About the area
Verona, Italy, is a city that beautifully blends history, culture, and romance. It's famously known as the setting of Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet," and visitors can immerse themselves in this romantic tale by visiting the tourist attraction known as Juliet's House, which features a balcony reminiscent of the play.
While Verona does have Roman ruins such as the Verona Arena, a Roman amphitheater that still hosts concerts and operas today, it may not be as well-preserved compared to other Italian cities. Nevertheless, these sites including the Roman Theatre and Archaeological Museum, Castelvecchio and its museum, and the Basilica of San Zeno Maggiore offer glimpses into its rich past.
The city's historic center is indeed a UNESCO World Heritage Site filled with medieval buildings and winding lanes that are perfect for leisurely strolls. Piazza delle Erbe is a bustling square with a lively market while Piazza dei Signori offers quieter surroundings with beautiful palaces.
Verona also boasts stunning natural beauty. The Adige River winds through the city offering picturesque views from its many bridges. The Giardino Giusti provides beautifully manicured Renaissance gardens for visitors to explore.
Food lovers will appreciate Verona's culinary scene which includes traditional dishes like risotto all'Amarone or pastissada de caval (horse meat stew), paired with local wines such as Valpolicella or Soave.
In summary, Verona presents an enchanting mix of history, culture, romance and gastronomy that caters to all types of travelers. Its rich heritage combined with its charming atmosphere makes it an interesting destination to explore.
