Ground Floor: Queen bedroom with ensuite and courtyard views; twin bedroom with bunk beds (also usable as a sitting room) overlooking the pool and mountains. Both open directly onto the courtyard and pool area beneath an ancient olive tree.
Basement Apartment: Separate internal and external entrances, sleeps up to four with a queen bed and two single bunk beds, full bathroom, and lounge area—ideal for family or guest privacy.
Living & Outdoor Spaces
The open-plan living area features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge with a 55” smart TV, and large balcony doors that bring the outdoors in. Step outside to a private swimming pool, lush greenery, and multiple terraces for sunbathing, relaxing, or dining under the pergola at the monastery-style table for ten. The outdoor area also includes a gas BBQ, woodfire stove, and plenty of seating and sun loungers for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
