Arriving at Riad Serpa Gale, you’ll first be wowed by its quiet location and quaint Portuguese architecture. Inside, however, is a Moroccan dream made reality. Lovingly decorated in traditional Moroccan style throughout, you’ll feel like you stepped across the sea into Portugal’s African neighbour. Entering the home, you’ll find two levels entirely dedicated to yourselves. On the ground floor is your living room and diner. Comfortable sofas and chairs make up the seating area, with a satellite TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. A cosy dining area is also situated in the lounge, allowing for days and nights spent in good company. Your kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you could need to make home cooked meals during your stay, including coffee machines. There’s also a small table situated in the kitchen, perfect for casual coffees and conversation. Your four en-suite bedrooms are also all decorated in delightful Moroccan stylings, providing two rooms with twin single beds and two rooms with king-size beds to choose from. On the upper level you’ll find two lavishly decorated balconies for your relaxation. Outside, your private swimming pool is flanked by enough sun loungers to comfortable accommodate groups of any size wishing to enjoy the Portuguese sun. Your 8x4m variable depth swimming pool features a set of steps to enter and a gentle incline to its deeper sides. Beside the pool, you’ll also find a separate shower and bathroom block and an outside kitchen complete with pizza oven. Wrapping around the villa is also your own personal play area for small children, complete with a horse carousel and swing set. In the surrounding area you’ll find plenty to keep yourself fed, watered and entertained, with your nearest supermarket being less than 10 minutes away by foot and the beach less than 15. Despite being set back from the heart of Gale, you’ll never feel like you’re missing out. With bars, restaurants, beaches and shops just a short walk away you can easily choose what you want to do each day as it comes. Your nearest beach is the beautiful Praia da Gale, a sandy Blue Flag beach with calm clean waters which signal the end of a miles-long stretch of pristine sands you can spend hours walking along. Kids of all ages are catered to in the area, with lots to see and do for little and big children alike. If you rent a car during your stay, Gale offers easy access to the wider Albufeira area and Algarve region. Albufeira, the capital and heart of the Algarve, is around a 15 minutes’ drive from Riad Serpa Gale, promising a great day out for holidaymakers from all walks of life. In the surrounding area you’ll find plenty to do, with golf courses, nature parks and waterparks all on your doorstep.
