Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,No more than 2 pets allowed, no visiting pets are allowed.
- No puppies younger than 3 months, some breeds are banned in the building - consult Resident Services Team to confirm prior to allowing.
- All pets must be kept on a leash/restrained in and around the building and common areas.
- Cats must be sprayed and neutered and are not allowed in common indoor areas of the building. Litter must be double-bagged in robust bags before disposal and not flushed in toilets
- All pets prohibited to enter Wellness Space (level 9 amenities) -- Gym, Pool, Spin room, to urinate, defecate or allow animal debris build up in common areas, must not in any manner cause noise, nuisance or disturbances to others, to exercise or roam freely in common areas.
- Prohibited pets include: snakes, reptiles, iguanas, lizards, spiders, rodents, livestock, wild animals and any animals prohibited as pets under state and federal law.
- Aquariums must not exceed 50 L
- Pet Washroom is provided at the lower ground level of the Building and is available only for all Residents and Occupants. Pet wash equipment must be used following manufacture instructions and any rules set out by the Rental Provider and/or its representative. Residents, Occupants, their Guests, and Visitors shall (and hereby agrees to) indemnity and release the Rental Provider and/or its representative against and from all claims for damage and injury arising from such use.
