OTHER THINGS TO NOTE NOISE ORDINANCE Sedona enforces a 24/7 noise ordinance. Please respect outdoor light rules and quiet hours after 10 PM. POOL HEATING NOTICE The pool heater is not needed most of the year, but we do have one available for an additional fee. Please inquire about the fee. Note that the pool temperature can depend on the outside temperature. PETS Our home is pet-friendly. We collect pet fees. Kindly message us for more details. PARKING SPACE The property can accommodate 3 cars comfortably, up to a maximum of 4 cars. TRASH HANDLING Please use the provided trash bags. Instructions are in the guidebook. ⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT Requests must be made at least a day in advance. Approval depends on availability. Additional fees apply. DELIVERIES & LEFT ITEMS We’ll do our best to help as much as possible, but we should not be held responsible for packages or lost items post-checkout.
