Rollin’ on the River is a beautiful and cozy 3 bedroom 3 bath condo only 2.4 miles from stadium. This space has a fully equipped kitchen - everything you need to make a meal and get caffeinated! This is also a pet friendly unit. Although there are no direct river views from the unit, the river and amenities are just steps away from the door! Once outside, enjoy sweeping views of the Black Warrior River while strolling through the walking areas and complex. The dog walking area and cornhole area is just a few steps away from the back door of the complex
Dining:
There is bar seating in the living room, bar seating at the kitchen island, and seating at the couch. The coffee table has the ability to rise up to dining height while sitting on the couch. You could potentially seat 8-10 people doing this.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
