Welcome to Roll Tide Too!
Roll Tide Too is in the ideal location for football, UofA campus, and downtown fun! When you arrive, you will have access to covered parking and this building has an elevator.
Rooftop Deck:
Enjoy the new common-use rooftop deck that has sweeping views of Bryant Denny Stadium, Campus, and Downtown Tuscaloosa. Folding tables & chairs are provided within the unit that you are welcome to bring up to the deck! There are also common-use bathrooms. Have a blast tailgating on the roof with your group!
The Space:
The condo has been beautifully renovated - enjoy calm and serene vibes while practically sitting in the shadow of the stadium. There is a full kitchen with both a Keurig and 12 cup drip coffee maker. You will have everything you need to make a meal or whip up some tailgate snacks! The living room has a TV and plenty of room to gather with your group. There is a small balcony as well.
The Bedrooms:
There are TVs in each bedroom. The first bedroom has a King bed and Twin roll away bed with an attached bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a King bed and Twin roll away bed, also with an attached bathroom that has a walk-in shower.
We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*
*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*
*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*
*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
