Security Deposit for Longstay Tenants: To protect our property and cover potential damages or unpaid rent, a security deposit is required for long-term tenants: • Amount: €1000 for stays of 1-6 months and €5000 for more than 6 months, depending on the length of stay and specific property terms. • Payment: The deposit and first month’s rent must be paid in full before move-in. • Usage: This deposit covers damages beyond normal wear and tear or additional cleaning after move-out. • Return: The deposit, minus any deductions, will be returned within 15 days post-move-out, pending inspection. • Conditions: A full refund is ensured if all lease terms are met, the property is returned in good condition, and proper notice of intent to vacate is given.
