Here you can enjoy the peace of the countryside while still being within easy reach of shops, restaurants and local attractions.
The house is arranged over two floors and offers comfortable, practical living spaces. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge), providing everything you need to cook with ease. Next to it, the dining area connects to a cosy living room with satellite TV, perfect for relaxing with a film or a glass of local wine. Also on this floor, to the right of the living room, there is a twin bedroom with two single beds and a shower room.
Upstairs, on the first floor, there is a small sitting area, ideal for reading or unwinding. On one side you will find a second twin bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower room. On the other side is the master bedroom with a double bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
For maximum comfort, all bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning with no time restrictions, available 24 hours. The villa also offers free Wi-Fi throughout and private parking within the property.
Outside, you can enjoy a particularly pleasant setting: a large private garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue for al fresco meals, and a swimming pool—ideal for cooling off on warmer days. The house also features a furnished terrace and balcony, perfect for relaxing and taking in the mountain views at any time of day.
The location is excellent for exploring the area: Pollença Golf is very close by, the charming old town of Pollença is just minutes away, and the crystal-clear beaches of the north—such as Puerto de Pollença—are around 10 minutes by car, with options for activities like kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing. Cala Sant Vicenç is also well worth a visit, with its small coves, clear waters, a mini market and lovely local restaurants.

About the area
Pollença, nestled in the northern corner of Mallorca, Spain, is a charming town that offers a delightful blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. This picturesque destination is a treasure trove for travelers seeking a serene escape with a touch of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
The town's historic center is a labyrinth of narrow, winding streets that lead to the grand Plaça Major, the main square. Here, visitors can admire the imposing 13th-century church, Església de Nostra Senyora dels Àngels, and enjoy the bustling weekly market where local artisans and farmers showcase their products.
Pollença's Roman bridge, known as "Pont Romà," is a testament to the town's ancient past and is a popular spot for photographs. The Calvari steps, a set of 365 stone steps, offer a challenging climb rewarded with panoramic views of the town and the surrounding Sierra de Tramuntana mountains. At the top, the Oratory of Calvari is a peaceful sanctuary worth visiting.
For those interested in art and culture, the Museu de Pollença houses a collection of works by local and international artists, as well as artifacts that narrate the town's history. The town also hosts the prestigious Pollença Festival, which attracts music lovers with its classical concerts held in the atmospheric Santo Domingo cloister.
Nature enthusiasts will find Pollença an ideal base for exploring the Tramuntana range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Hiking, cycling, and bird watching are popular activities in this region, with trails leading to stunning landscapes and hidden coves. The nearby Cap de Formentor offers dramatic cliffside views and the picturesque Formentor Beach, with its crystal-clear waters, is perfect for swimming and sunbathing.
Pollença's port, Port de Pollença, is a short drive away and is renowned for its beautiful beachfront promenade lined with cafes and restaurants. The port area also offers a range of water sports, including sailing, kayaking, and windsurfing.
The town's culinary scene reflects the rich agricultural heritage of the region, with local restaurants serving traditional Mallorcan dishes made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. From tapas bars to upscale dining, there's something to satisfy every palate.
In summary, Pollença captivates visitors with its historic charm, cultural richness, and stunning natural surroundings. It's a place where one can immerse in the slow pace of island life, enjoy the arts, and embrace the great outdoors, all within the beautiful setting of Mallorca.
