Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- I am committed to give the best experience to the guests during their stay. However, I would like to explain the important things beforehand for creating a respectful environment.
- This is a TERRACE HOUSE and home accommodation, so please expect this is like a normal HOME rather than a HOTEL.
- Please read before you made a booking.
- - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability with a fee, free feel to ask us for this additional request
- - We love our property and home, and we work very hard to provide you a clean place to stay and towels to use. The cleaning fee we charge you only cover standard cleaning and laundry expense. We expect that the place is returned in a REASONABLY NEAT and CLEAN condition.
- ***ANIMALS : Do not feed any strayed cat or dog or let them inside the property. Guests will be charged for damage or extra cleaning caused by the animals in any circumstance.
- ***AIR-CONDITIONERS - Please turn off the air conditioners when you are not in the apartment, and close the windows and doors when the air conditioners are on. This is to help us conserve energy and keep costs down for everyone.
- If we find that the air conditioners are on when you are not in the apartment, we are afraid that an additional charge of up to 1000 bahts applies. This is to help cover the cost of the wasted energy.
- **Please be advised that there are Airconditioner motion sensors devices placed in the living room, dining room, and second-floor left-side bedroom, please refrain from unplugging and moving these devices.
- While we cover the utilities cost, we have many ACs and thus the bills are very high. Please use only when you are home. Turning on the AC for too long can create condensation to the neigbour’s walls and damages. Thanks for your cooperation.
- *There is a house renovation next door and nearby our place that may causes some noise on some days but the work stops before 6-7pm.
- - Please remember that our property is located in a tropical country and therefore some small insects such as mosquitoes and cockroaches are present in the area. We love the warmth of summer and so do these bugs. Be careful with leaving food behind and/or with leaving windows and doors open at night as these critters will find their way in. We do our utmost best to prevent this, but please do not be alarmed if one is sighted and simply inform us and we will make sure we do our best to help you
- ***No bringing any type of escorts/prostitutes into my place*** Unless you pay an extra lady fee of THB1000 per person per night with our permission.
- ***No bringing durian into the premise, if found you will be charged 1,000 bahts****
- - 2 king size beds & 2 single beds are provided for 6 guests booking unless additional charge is paid for extra bed.
- - NO any illegal activities allowed in the premise. The property is looked after by my management team which has an office 2mins away. Illegal activities found will be reported and prosecuted.
- - Please provide the correct guest number, including kids and infant, as double charge apply for non-disclosed additional guests.
- - Please do not flush tissue papers down the toilet.
- - Please do NOT wear shoes from outside but wear your own slippers, only if you have one available.
- Please ensure to notify us of your arrival times once you book or, at least, 1 week in advance, so that we can arrange your check in accordingly.
- Guest property & belongings - are the responsibility of guests and we are not responsible and liable for lost/forgotten items.

- 附近大部分居民都是上班族,所以一般会休息比较早｡请在10pm之后尽量保持安静,以免打扰邻居｡謝謝｡
