38 Lagoon is a beautifully renovated, dog friendly home featuring 3 bedrooms, plus a loft space, and 2 bathrooms with a fenced in back yard. Located just a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean, downtown Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park, this home is the premier spot for your family’s next Hilton Head vacation! The stair-free main level features an open-concept floor plan. The living area has comfortable furnishings, a Roku TV, board games for added entertainment as well as a dedicated work space. The dining area seats 6 comfortably (8 with table expanded) with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen features everything you’d need to cook a meal for your guests, and there is an additional full-size refrigerator just beyond the kitchen for added food storage. The main level features 2 of the bedrooms. The first bedroom is located to the right of the living area and has 1 queen and 1 full size, plenty of closet space and a Smart TV with Roku. The second bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV with Roku and a workspace area. These rooms has access to a hall bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. Up the stairs you’ll find the loft area with 2 twin beds. (There is also a fold-up table for guests needing an extra work space as well.) To the right of the loft is the main bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV with Roku and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a stand-alone tub. The owners of this home have also provided a propane grill and a golf cart for guest to use! (A waiver will need to be signed in advance if you plan to use the golf cart during your stay.) Guests also have access to spa with complimentary spa heat! Pet Policy: This property allows 2 well-behaved dogs, under 75lbs each, for an additional fee of $200 plus tax per dog. Parking Policy: there is space for up to 3 cars.
