This lovely cottage is located within a natural park, on the hills, overlooking the city of Pescia, surrounded by chestnut trees und characterized because of its medieval hamlets, where time seems to have stopped.
The owners restored the house with much love and converted it into a cozy holiday home.
The grounds extend on about 2,5 hectares – olive groves and woods, the garden of about 1’000 sqm is set in terraces; equipped with a table, chairs, sun-umbrella and swimming pool (half set in earth, 7.30x3.80m, depth: 1.20m, equipped with deckchairs and external shower.

To access the house you have to take a narrow road, which goes downhill, partially asphalted with two narrow curves. You may park your car also on the main street and the owner will take you for this short piece of access.

Make adventurous meetings with dears, porcupines and oaks. You have the possibility to have strolls within total nature, visit the nearby hamlets, which seem attached on the rocks. The nearby village of Sorana is famous for its delicate beans which are a base for local dishes. You can see the village of Castelvecchio from your holiday home.

1 big double bedroom with 1 four-poster bed and 1 single bed plus 1 extractable bed, stunning views on the hamlet of Castelvecchio, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin, exit onto a terrace, from which you have access to the garden and to the swimming pool. The house is furnished with much care by the owners and painted in pastel colors; beamed ceilings. The house disposes of air-conditioning and WIFI. Washing machine.
The holiday home is suitable for handicapped persons: there are sliding doors (90 cm wide).
