The location of my apartment offers easy access to many tourist sites and cultural landmarks: - Montparnasse Tower and the famous Rue de Rennes (shopping street): 20-minute walk - Saint Germain des Près: 25-minute walk - Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche: 25-minute walk - Beaugrenelle Shopping Center: 26-minute walk - The Seine riverbanks: 27-minute walk - The Paris Catacombs: 30-minute walk - Luxembourg Gardens: 30-minute walk - Eiffel Tower: 34-minute walk - Louvre Museum: 45-minute walk - Champs Elysées: 45-minute walk - Necker Hospital: 13-minute walk I recommend using bikes through apps like Vélib, Lime, Bolt, etc., for convenient trips ranging from 8 to 15 minutes to explore the places mentioned above and easily navigate through Paris to discover the city.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
