Set among large live oak trees providing beauty and cool shade in the summer. Sip on a beverage of your choice while sitting on the dock and listening to the gentle sounds of the ocean. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- -All guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.
- -A Security Deposit for $250 is required at check-in for every unit by way of cash or Credit/Debit Card. This amount will be refunded provided there is no damage or missing items from the unit. Credit/Debit Card authorizations may take up to 14 days to be released depending on the card issuer. Pre-paid cards are not accepted for this deposit.
- -Dogs (no cats) are allowed. Pets are limited to domestic, housebroken dogs unless otherwise advertised. There is a non-refundable $400.00 (plus tax) pet cleaning and spray fee that will be charged to each guest bringing a dog.
- -NO HOUSE PARTIES, should a house party (chaperoned or un-chaperoned) occur, occupancy will be immediately terminated. Should a parent check into a rental and later leave students or minors, the students/minors will be evicted if we find it necessary to do so. No refund, including unused rental amounts, will be refunded.
- Hurricane Policy:
- Refunds are only offered if the Governor of South Carolina orders a mandatory evacuation of the zone where the resort is located. If no mandatory evacuation is ordered, the deposit or payments received can be used on another booking with one calendar year, but no refund will be offered.
