This charming 2-bedroom apartment is located at the Kępa Mieszczańska Island in Wroclaw Old Town on a new residential estate. Location on the island provides proximity to all attractions of the city center, and at the same time intimacy thanks to the nearby green areas - the apartment is located on the edge of Park Mieszczański. These factors make the apartment a perfect choice for tourists, but also for business guests who want peace and quiet. The renowned Wrocław Market Square is located just 1 km from the apartment. A few minutes walk to the city center leads across one of the most beautiful bridges in Wroclaw - Most Pomorski - with a beautiful panorama of the center and the University of Wroclaw. A grocery store on the ground floor of the building allows guests to quickly meet their daily shopping needs. In addition, excellent transport links in the area make it easy to reach other districts of Wroclaw. The drive to the airport takes less than half an hour.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
