One bedroom, king memory foam mattress with 100% cotton sheets . Bedside tables are touch control with USB ports. Spacious walk in closet with washer and dryer.
Living room
Sofa sleeper is a full size with upgraded memory foam mattress.
50” Roku tv ready for you to sign into all your favorite apps.
French doors open up to a balcony with views of downtown Omaha. Enjoy coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night with bistro lights adding to the ambiance.
Kitchen
Large kitchen with eat-in island and lots of counter space. Along with the basic kitchen essentials are ceramic cookware, air fryer, crockpot, blender, grilling utensils for the onsight gas grill. Coffee bar equipped with coffee pot, Keurig, and electric kettle. Coffee, K-cups and tea bags are provided.
Additional spaces
Third floor community room is another place to enjoy the outdoors with a view. This area has full size kitchen, sofa, tv, and board games.
The large outdoor living area is in the last steps of completion. This space will include large tv screens for that drive-in movie feel. A fire pit, hot tub, and lounging areas to add to your vacation experience at Little Bo!
Building Gym
Cardio or weight lifting our gym will meet all your needs. Open 24 hours.
You’ll have access to the entire apartment.
I will not be in person, but I’m available 24/7 via the Property Manager chat or phone.

There are a lot of bars, shops and coffee places walking distance. To move around the city you can use your own care or ride-sharing apps!
PETS
We allow up to 2 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay.
At the moment of booking, if you add you bring pets, Property Manager will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones.
Dogs over 50lb are not allowed.
RENTAL AGREEMENT, DAMAGE WAIVER/HOLD, ID VERIFICATION AND CHECK-IN STEPS
We’re so excited for your trip! PLEASE NOTE: Our listing description and house rules mention that you will be required to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions to the home. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Important: When cancelling your reservation, the credit card processing fees of 3.9% + 30c will not be refunded.
If booking with a credit card that doesn’t match the guest name, you’ll be required to provide a written authorization, photo of the ID, selfie, and card showing the last 4 digits of the credit card holder, or reservation will be cancelled.
