Bustling with cafés, restaurants, and pubs, Pyrmont has some great local options, such as the upmarket Flying Fish, a waterside seafood restaurant, or LuMi, serving exquisite 10- to 14-course tasting menus. For entertainment, The Star casino draws a crowd with its slots, games, and bars. You also can’t stay here without visiting Sydney’s famous fish market for a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
