Ridesharing apps are widely available in the area! PETS We allow up to 3 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay. At the moment of booking, if you add you bring pets, Property Manager will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones. If you want to bring more than 3 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis. Pets over 50lb may be accepted at $150 per pet. RENTAL AGREEMENT, DAMAGE WAIVER/HOLD, ID VERIFICATION AND CHECK-IN STEPS We’re so excited for your trip! PLEASE NOTE: Our listing description and house rules mention that you will be required to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions to the home. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. Important: When cancelling your reservation, the credit card processing fees of 3.9% + 30c will not be refunded. If booking with a credit card that doesn’t match the guest name, you’ll be required to provide a written authorization, photo of the ID, selfie, and card showing the last 4 digits of the credit card holder, or reservation will be cancelled.
