The house is filled with multiple sit-outs overlooking refreshing views of the hills from every room. The lawn of this house is huge and is traditionally decorated so you can feel the true sense of being in nature while enjoying a delicious home-cooked meal. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Let me walk you through the villa: The villa has 5 cozy bedrooms, a private outdoor pool + Jacuzzi, huge lawns, a sit out with bonfire and an option to barbeque. Bedroom: - The villa comprises 5 bedrooms. - There are 5 bathrooms attached with the bedrooms. - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms - Wardrobes are available. Living area: - The villa has 2 living rooms, one on the ground floor and another on the basement ( air conditioned ) with wide view openings. - It is well-lit and tastefully furnished. - We have a 10-seater indoor dining table for the guests in the basement. Bathrooms: - The villa has 5 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. - All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. Pool: - The villa has a massive outdoor private pool with Jacuzzi space. - The pool is 5.5 ft. deep. - Children must always be supervised by adults in the pool. - There is a sit out next to the pool to laze around and outdoor patio furniture. Lawn: - The property has a large, 1 - Acre spacious lawn area with spawning trees - where you can sit under its shade. - Family gatherings, Corporate Offsite Meetings & Exclusive Event enquires to offer a truly unique experience to our guests offering spectacular views. - You can sit and have evening conversations over chai at our outdoor seating spaces. Food: We have a Kitchen separate from the property taking into consideration of your privacy, which offers you a meal package at Rs. 1200/person for lunch after your check-in, evening tea with snacks (which you can have next to the bonfire), dinner, and breakfast before you check out. In accordance with the management’s decision, outside food is strictly not allowed. The food is made with fresh groceries fetched from the local market and made fresh in front of you. (Kitchen access only for staff) Leisure: We have a gaming area with a Table Tennis table, pool table, Cricket, Badminton and Carrom, Board games/Playing cards for leisure and entertainment. Don’t forget to spend time outdoor for all age groups. Security: 24 hours security on duty, completely fenced and CCTV at outdoor areas Make sure you carry an extra change of clothes and don’t forget to look out for stars on cold winter nights. Whole space The play area/gaming arena is shared between three properties. The first two hours of access to the turf are free of charge. There is a first come, first served policy regarding turf. As the turf is a shared/common amenity. Snooker table rules 1. An extra deposit of 5000 will be charged for using the snooker table. 2. Children under the age of 10 cannot use the snooker table. 3. If any breakage or misuse, the charges as per actuals will be charged to the guests and will be deducted from the security deposit, if charges are higher than 5k then the it has to be settled before checkout. 4. On or near the snooker table, food and beverages are not permitted. 5. Only after payment is received will the billiard ball set and cue sticks be delivered. It is always best to get your own mode of transportation when you come to rural locations in India as all the touristic points are usually far away from each other. We love nature as you do. We understand the responsibility of keeping it the same. - Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas - It’s a network weak zone (It’s time to connect with nature) - 24 hours security on duty, completely fenced and CCTV at outdoor areas - Property is surrounded by Jungle and lake so insects are attracted towards light, wood and Property structures, we carry out necessary periodic precautions to make sure to reduce, ( This issue is faced by all properties in deep nature-centric location across globe ) - SUVs are recommended to drive down to the property, hatchbacks and sedans also can be opted as last few kms have a bad stretch -Enjoy complimentary Diesel generator use for the first 3 hours; thereafter, it will be available at a rate of INR 1000 per hour.
