Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- -Quiet hours 10pm-8am
- -Please no smoking inside the property
- -Please do not sit on furniture with wet swimsuits or sunscreen/oils
- -Please do not touch pool equipment, call host if you need assistance
- -Please use coasters under drinks on furniture
- -Concrete is porous and stains, if you spill something please clean it up
- -Please turn AC off when you are not at home.
- -Please be respectful of neighbors, quiet hours between 10pm and 8am
- -Please place toilet tissue in baskets provided, do not flush tissue or objects down the
- toilet.
- -Do not sit, lean, or stand on concrete sinks or countertops. Concrete is fragile, cost of replacement is $100 usd
- -Please contact host with any wifi issues.
- -Guest stays longer than 7 days we suggest a second cleaning
- -Guests staying in the home are the only people allowed at the residence, no parties or events unless expressly approved by host prior to check-in
- -Do not climb or touch trees, note that some trees in the Yucatan are poisonous and can cause serious injury
- -In case the electricity supply is cut by Tulum's electric company (CFE) or water supply is cut by CAPA, this will not be grounds for requesting a refund. The host is not responsible for any unexpected service interruptions provided by these companies.
- -Most of the streets in Tulum are rustic and unpaved. Please keep in mind that you are in the jungle.
- -If you report an issue at the property and our team is able to resolve it the same day in a reasonable period of time this is not a cause to request a refund.
- -Any damage caused during your stay must be reported, and the guest will be responsible for covering repair costs. If any linens (towels, sheets, etc.) are stained with feces, blood, or any stains that cannot be removed by washing, the guest will be charged for replacement:
